All opportunities to attend advance screenings, premieres, and other events are courtesy of our studio partners, and CTVA 102 has no control over venue dates, locations, and seating allotments.  CTVA 102 will announce RSVP opportunities at its discretion; some of these announcements may come approximately one week in advance of an event, while others may be very last-minute, depending on when a studio partner sends an invitation.

Launch dates/times for RSVP collections are not announced in advance.

Unless stated otherwise, all screenings are overbooked to ensure capacity, and seating is not guaranteed; a studio may grant priority seating to CSUF students at their discretion.  Seating is always first-come, first-served until the theater reaches capacity.

It is your responsibility to confirm your availability for a screening before submitting an RSVP request.  All requests to have your name removed from a guest list will be treated as an absence.  Multiple absences may result in you being placed on a “decline” list for all future screenings curated by CTVA 102.  Any students attending an event who behave in a disruptive or disrespectful manner toward CTVA 102 staff, our studio partners, fellow students, or other theater patrons will be banned immediately and permanently from all future opportunities.
